I had a pre-op testing done at Phoenixvile Hospital and it was a very nice experience. The service was prompt and the testing went smoothly. I really appreciate the help of Mya with my check in process.

I was at Phoenixville Hospital to have bloodwork and an EKG. My experience was wonderful. There was minimal wait time and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The woman who drew my blood and the man who did my EKG were both super friendly and did a great job!

The hospital itself was spotless. Considering I was about to have surgery, that aspect gave me great confidence that Phoenixville were serious about keeping patients healthy. From the moment of registration to the transportation gentleman who escorted me back to my vehicle staff were professional and personable. Clearly it was a busy day but nurses/aides did not shortchange their attention to my situation. Clear explanations were given every step of the process and each handoff a verification was executed. Thanks so much for keeping me comfortable throughout. Shout out to Dr. Biscorner…the surgery was a success!

I gave birth here on Christmas - not how I thought I'd spend my holiday - but thanks to the staff I had the most wonderful experience in L&D. Every nurse we had was so kind and friendly (shout-out to Ashley, Maddie, Fran, Emily and Trish!) during labor and also afterward. They made sure me, baby and my husband had everything we needed to be comfortable, and we felt well informed before leaving the hospital with our baby, super nerve-wracking! But they were so much help. The room was nice and clean, and the food was decent as well. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Tower Health.

Surgery at this hospital was fantastic, and that sounds weird to say. Dr. Biscorner and the supporting staff were in consistent communication leading up to the surgery about what is happening next. They even offered aromatherapy right beforehand. Every person I came in contact with was extremely polite, on point, and had excellent bedside manor. Aftercare was thoroughly explained and I was offered my choice of snack and drink upon leaving. A few of them were even pretty funny to top it all off. Nobody likes to have surgery, but the experience I got was a farcry from what was expected from any hospital experience I ever had.

I had been to this hospital for diagnostic testing, including on why I was short of breath: two doctors visited me afterwards and advised me to see an oncologist ASAP, which I did the following day. This was on the Ides of March, and a month later I had surgery and treatment for Stage 1b lung cancer at another hospital. This was 16 years ago. Last December, my husband was in inpatient rehab and I was physically unable to answer his evening phone call because of muscle weakness. He called for a welfare check and I was taken out of the house on a stretcher. The EMT asked which hospital I preferred, I answered Phoenixville. I had Covid, in spite of having the latest vaccine. The ER doctor said there are many variants, and so I spent 3 nights and 4 days in an isolation room. I was well treated by staff—doctors and nurses (especially Charles). The care and treatment was exceptional.

I love Phoenixville Hospital! Maybe that sounds weird, but I've been in there quite a few times in the last 10 years and never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and competent. This time I had a pacemaker replacement, and everything went smoothly and comfortably from check-in to discharge.

All the staff was so wonderful. There was so much understanding and empathy besides me not being able to walk when I came in. A big shout out to Matthew who called my room at 6:27 and asked if I was going to order dinner. I wish I could have met him. The doctors and nurses and assistants were very helpful. I’m happy this is my hospital. This was from my 2/8-12/26 stay. I never hit post. For my 2/18-20/26 stay once again I had the Best people taking care of me. Mark and Taylor were learning from the staff and were great. Jess, Tahner, Heather and a few others whose names are escaping me at the moment were very compassionate. Phoenixville is MY hospital. Thank you for my care.
